OnTheMove Software Limited (in the USA, Customer Systems International, Inc. dba OnTheMove Software) (collectively "OnTheMove", "we", "us", "our") provides Software and IT Consulting Services (collectively the "Products"). In course of doing business, we contact businesses in relation to the Products in which they may be interested ("Marketing Activity"). This Privacy Policy sets out the data processing practices in the operation of our Marketing Activity and the use of our website.

The information we collect about individuals is always business related information – such as name, contact details and role. This information is either provided to us directly by the business or collected by us from publicly available sources.

For Amplitude, unless the user has explicitly denied consent, we always track routes through the website but only collect personally identifiable data if a user actively consents or is visiting in response to a direct marketing message.
